James Austin has been a dedicated part of our team since 2019 and serves as our General Manager. With years of experience and leadership, he plays a key role in overseeing operations and helping ensure our team continues to provide excellent service and quality products to our customers.Outside of work, James enjoys staying active and competitive. You can often find him at the gym, out on the golf course, or keeping up with sports. Anything that brings a competitive edge is something he enjoys, and that same drive carries over into the way he leads and supports the team every day.
John Allen

About John
John Allen has been in sales for over three decades. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including executive vice president of sales and sales manager. Currently, he serves as the sales manager at Jackson Metal Roofing, where he provides oversight of the sales team and customer relations. Having worked with hundreds of customers over the years, Mr. Allen understands the importance of customer satisfaction and provides that knowledge to his team. In addition to his sales career, Mr. Allen is a husband of 24 years and the proud father of a daughter, Brittany, and a son-in-law, Binson. He is also expecting his first grandson in July 2026. He enjoys spending leisure time with his dogs, family, and friends. He also enjoys volunteering at Abundant Life Church in Locust Grove.
